The sauces included chili jam, pesto and of course, ketchup. We had fried chicken, potato salad with fresh radishes from my greenhouse, spinach quiche, and turkey meatloaf.

The carrots are from my vegetable greenhouse, while the asparagus is fresh from my outdoor garden. In my Flower Room, Pierre always prepares the mis en place first. We set the table in simple, neutral tones with Wedgewood drabware plates and gray plaid napkins.
